Second week in Lisbon

The last week we have been visiting the Restart School and Val do Rio School. We have been warm welcomed and have been participating in lectures and hosting workshops ourselves. It has been a good experience to see how the schools function and work compared to Norway and to learn about the Portugesian school system.

Restart school
Monday and Tuesday we visited the Restart school. Here we among other things took part in an immersive reality workshop and lectures about storytelling and social media.

First week in Lisboa

After a week in Lisbon our heads are spinning with impressions. As a group we have learned a lot and gotten a better insight into Portuguese culture. We have learned troughout language, music, art, history, nightlife, meeting people and exploring the city.

It has been wonderful and possible thanks to Marta, the most dedicated guide in the world. So thank you Marta for an amazing week and joyful ride, so far!

Marta

Marta has guided us through the narrow streets of Lisbon and showed us many popular spots, museums and hidden places, we otherwise wouldn´t have discovered!

Curious dog!

Lisboa has a lot of great street art.

We´ve also tasted all the famous cakes and pastry. The first days we were wondering why there always was a long queue infront of on of the bakery. Now we understand what all the fuzz is about. We can highly recommend "Pastéis de Belém" and many of the other sweet treats Lisbons pastry shops has to offer.

Yummy!

The last week hasn´t been all about sightseeing and social activities. We have had language classes every day with our fantastic teacher Isabel! She has taught us basic Portugesian language skills.

We´ve also been doing a lot of preparation for the upcoming workshops. Today Mateusz will be doing a workshop on masterclass portifolio. Tuesday the rest of us will be giving workshop about Waldorf education and street photography.
